Works for me; are you making sure you add the front part? You can get it from anywhere on the MC forums; just add the part before "/topic/". I would make it simpler by simply linking but I still cannot post links. :/

This IS what a boat uses; it's just built into a block instead of an entity like usual. (boats are actually entities, not mob-entities but entities all the same)
