Request: New Crafting Table

Hello everyone, I would like someh help on the following:

I would like to create another crafting table, with 13 input slots and 1 output slot.
The slots will be arranged like this:
[ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
[ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] ----> [ ]
[ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
......[ ]
(Ignore the .s, they are there for spacing)

Also, I need to create a "Library" of crafting recipes that can be made in this new crafting table, just like the built-in crafting table.

I have looked at the code for the in-game crafting table, but this is pretty useless to me as I have never dealt with GUIs, TileEntities and Containers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
